Confirm the safety protection devices installed in the refrigeration system, such as high and low pressure relays, oil pressure differential relays, cooling water and chilled water cutoff relays, chilled water freeze protection relays, and safety valves. Listen to the sound of refrigerant flowing in the expansion valve, and observe whether there is normal condensation (air conditioning) and frost (cold storage) in the pipeline behind the expansion valve. After evacuation, inject the refrigerant into the liquid storage tank to 70%-80% by weight of the standard filling volume, and then run the compressor to fill the air from the low pressure to the sufficient volume. 3. The electrical control circuit should be tested separately in advance. Before starting, pay attention to whether the power supply voltage is normal. Open the cooling water valve of the condenser. If it is an air-cooled condenser, the fan should be turned on to check the steering. The water volume and air volume should meet the requirements. After normal cooling, check the various parts of the refrigeration system, exhaust pressure, suction pressure, exhaust temperature, suction temperature, motor temperature, crankcase temperature, temperature before the expansion valve, observe the frost condition of the evaporator and expansion valve, observe the oil Whether the oil level and color of the mirror change, and the sound of the equipment operation is abnormal. Second, the common cause of refrigeration equipment does not start 1. Analysis of motor burnout or inter-turn short-circuit failure: Especially when the switch is pushed up, it melts. For open compressors, the smell of burnt enameled wire from the motor can be heard; when the motor winding is burnt out Or when there is a short circuit between turns, the phenomenon of repeated fusing of the fuse often occurs; Removal method: Insulation resistance can also be used to check the insulation resistance of the test. If the resistance is close to zero, it means that the insulation layer has been broken. If the motor burns, the motor can be replaced. Use a multimeter to check whether the motor terminal and the casing are short-circuited, and measure the resistance value of each phase. If the short-circuit or the resistance of a certain phase is small, it means that the winding turns are short-circuited and the insulation is burned. 2. Failure analysis of the pressure controller of the refrigeration equipment: causing the pressure controller to act within the normal pressure range, the normally closed contact is disconnected, and the compressor cannot start; the pressure value of the pressure controller is improperly adjusted or the springs and others in the pressure controller When a component fails; Remedy: When the compressor still cannot start after manual reset, further check whether the system pressure is too high or too low. If the pressure is normal and the pressure controller jumps back, the high and low pressure control ranges of the pressure controller should be readjusted. Replace the pressure controller. Failure analysis of the power supply circuit of the cold store: if the power fuse is fused or the wiring is loose, the phase is broken, or the power supply voltage is too low, etc., the compressor does not start, generally find it from the power supply line; Remedy: You can use a multimeter AC voltage block to check whether the fuse is blown or measure the size of the image voltage. If the fuse blows, replace the fuse with the appropriate capacity. When the power supply is out of phase, the motor emits "buzzing" hum without starting. After a long time, the thermal relay is activated and the contact jumps.
