　　 So what are the general components of compressed air systems? The most common and best compressed air system that can meet the needs of factory production consists of four parts

　　1. Air compressor: Piston air compressor and screw air compressor are the most commonly used. It is the most important equipment of air compressor station and is a machine for producing compressed air.

　　2. Compressed air storage tank: It has two functions, one is to store compressed air, and the other is to separate liquid moisture and oil in compressed air.

3. Dryer: It includes two types: refrigerated dryer and adsorption dryer. Its function is to dry the gaseous moisture in compressed air. In modern industrial production, the pressure dew point of refrigerated dryer can only reach 2℃-10. ℃, basically can’t meet the requirements of process production, and will be gradually eliminated by the market; adsorption dryer is divided into module adsorption dryer and mold core adsorption dryer, the pressure dew point can reach -20℃-70℃, which fully meets The requirements of industrial production on the quality of compressed air.

　　4. Precision filter: The function is to filter out the dust and oil in the compressed air to the greatest extent.

For such an air compressor station, the compressed air finally obtained is very clean and very dry, which meets the gas demand of more than 90% of the enterprises. For special industries, such as pharmaceuticals and food products, they need to be equipped with completely oil-free air.
