1. Manual decontamination: use a steel wire brush to reciprocate the inside of the pipe until the dirt and rust in the pipe are removed, then wipe it with a clean white cloth, and then blow dry compressed air to the nozzle of the pipe. The paper is qualified when there is no dirt on the paper. Finally, proper moisture-proof measures must be taken to seal the pipeline for use before installation.

   This method is labor intensive, low in efficiency and poor in quality.

  2. Dip washing to remove dirt: For small-diameter pipes, elbows or elbows, a clean white cloth can be soaked with carbon tetrachloride to wipe the inner wall of the pipe. For large diameter pipes, it can be treated with carbon tetrachloride solution. After about 15-20 minutes, let go of one end of the pipe and pour out the carbon tetrachloride solution. Then wipe and blow dry the pipe with the above method. Archive for future use.

When the residual oxide scale on the inner wall of the refrigeration pipe cannot be completely removed, 20% sulfuric acid solution can be used to make it pickling at a temperature of 40-50. The pickling work continues until all the oxide scale is completely removed, generally The time required for the situation is 10~15min.

3. Sandblasting and decontamination: Using 0.4~0.6MPa compressed air, sand with a particle size of 0.5~2.0mm is sprayed onto the rusty metal surface, and the dirt on the metal surface is removed by the blow of the sand, exposing the metal The texture comes with gloss. The metal surface decontaminated by this method becomes rough and uniform, so that the paint can be combined with the metal surface well, and the rust on the metal surface can be removed.
