Eight management regulations for condenser operation

1) When the condenser is in use, its pressure does not exceed the specified range. If it exceeds the specified range, then it is easy to cause problems.

　　(2) When the condenser is in use, some required valves should be opened, including steam inlet valve, steam outlet valve, liquid outlet valve and safety valve.

　　 (3) After turning on the power, restart the fan and pump to check whether the current is within the rated range and make corresponding records.

　　(4) Before using the condenser, add water to the water pan in an appropriate amount. Too much or too little is not good.

　　(5) If the condenser is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately and then eliminated.

　　(6) The filter in the water pan should be checked and cleaned every half a month, and the water pan should be cleaned once a month. If the use environment is harsh, the cleaning time should be shortened.

　　(7) The number of on and off of the fan and water pump should be minimized to avoid damage to the motor due to overheating.

　　 (8) If the condenser is used in winter, the water valve of the water supply pipeline should be closed, the water in the condenser should be drained, and anti-freezing measures should be taken to avoid freezing and cracking.
