Honeywell adds new functions to ENTIS to strengthen the tank farm inventory management system
Honeywell recently announced the addition of new functions to the ENTIS inventory management system to further improve integration and safety, and help oil storage terminals achieve compliant, reliable and accurate inventory management. The system relies on the mature Experion® automation platform and introduces the latest oil tank management and storage handover technology, which can effectively reduce the uncertainty of inventory, improve efficiency and reduce risk. The ENTIS system is simple and intuitive to operate, which helps operators control product loss and focus on safety.

In accordance with the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), real-time visualization of the calculation results of tank farm inventory was realized;
Legal measurement certification for storage transfer, accounting and reporting;
Protect the safety of personnel and assets through intuitive alarm and event management;
Use redundant communication interface unit (CIU) and ENTIS redundancy to achieve high availability;
The operator can check the usage of the storage tank simply and quickly through real-time and historical trend data;
Customized report format, including inventory, storage tank details and audit trail;
Automatically execute routine tasks, including scheduling instrument instructions and reports.
