How to add R410A refrigerant

The pressure of R410A is about 1.6 times higher than that of R22 refrigerant. Therefore, in the process of construction and after-sales service, if there is an incorrect operation, a major accident may occur. When installing R410A refrigerant air conditioner, use R410A special tools and materials, pay attention to safe operation.

(1) Before operation, confirm the name of the air conditioner refrigerant, and then perform different operations on different refrigerants. In household air conditioners using R410A refrigerant, refrigerants other than R410A must not be used. In air conditioners using R22 refrigerant, they must not be used. Use R410A refrigerant.

   (2) If refrigerant leaks during operation, please ventilate in time.

  (3) When installing or moving the air conditioner, please do not mix air other than R410A refrigerant into the air conditioner's refrigerant circulation pipeline. If non-condensable gas such as air is mixed in, it will cause abnormal high pressure in the refrigerant circulation pipeline, which is the main cause of rupture and cracks in the circulation pipeline.

  (4) After the installation work is completed, please carefully confirm that there is no leakage of refrigerant. If the refrigerant leaks indoors, it will form toxic gas once it comes into contact with electric sparks from electric fans, heaters, and electric stoves.

  (5) When installing one-to-multiple air conditioners, because the amount of enclosed refrigerant is relatively large, especially in small rooms, even if the refrigerant leaks, its concentration cannot exceed the specified value. Otherwise, it will cause hypoxia.

  (6) When installing and moving the air conditioner, please implement it reliably in accordance with the requirements of the manual. In the event of poor installation, it will cause abnormal operation of the refrigerant circulation pipeline, water leakage, electric shock, and fire.

  (7) Please never modify the air conditioner privately, and ask professionals to repair it. Improper repairs can also cause water leakage, electric shock, and fire.
