How to judge the quality of single-phase and three-phase refrigeration compressors

A compressor is a driven fluid machine that raises low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas, and is the heart of a refrigeration system. First of all, we must know that the compressor can be divided into single-phase and variable-frequency three-phase compressors. Single-phase compressor measurement method: Single-phase compressors include: running end (R), starting end (S), and common end (C). Among them: The resistance between RS is greater than the resistance between SC is greater than the resistance between RC. The resistance between RS is equal to the resistance between SC and the resistance between RC, otherwise it is determined that there is a problem with the compressor. If it is an inverter three-phase compressor, then its terminal resistance value is equal. That is, the resistance value between the terminals (U, V, W) of the compressor is measured, and the resistance value of any two terminals is between 0.5 and 2 ohms. In addition, let's take a look at how to judge the short circuit, ground and open circuit of the compressor motor winding. We use a multimeter to select the R × 1 gear, and after zero adjustment, measure the resistance of the compressor motor winding C-R or C-S. If the resistance value of the measured winding is less than the normal value, it can be judged that the winding is short-circuited. Hold a pen tightly to the common point, another test pen tightly close the exposed metal part of the compressor process tube, or take a small piece of paint from the shell plate and measure it. If the resistance value is very small, it can be judged that the winding or internal wiring touches the shell through the ground. Connect the test leads to the terminals of any 2 windings and measure their resistance. If the winding value is infinite, that is, there is no conduction between the terminals of the two windings, it can be judged that the winding is open.
