How to reduce the discharge temperature of refrigeration compressor

The refrigeration compressor is the core and heart of the refrigeration system. The capacity and characteristics of the compressor lead to the capacity and characteristics of the refrigeration system. In a sense, the design and matching of the refrigeration system is to reflect the capacity of the compressor.

1. Reduce the intake air temperature

The intake air temperature at all levels is related to the cooling imperfection of the intercooler, so we should try our best to ensure the cooling effect of the intercooler, or adopt some special cooling measures to reduce the intake air temperature and strive to reduce the exhaust temperature.

Two air intake in the cylinder

In compressor maintenance, attention should be paid to the installation of valves and the selection of springs. On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the valves, the pressure loss of inlet and outlet should be minimized to achieve the purpose of reducing the exhaust temperature.

Third, the compression process index will also affect the exhaust temperature

In actual operation, the compression process index is mainly related to the cylinder cooling condition. The better the cooling effect and the smaller the index, the lower the exhaust temperature. Therefore, the cooling of the cylinder can be enhanced to reduce the exhaust gas temperature.

Fourth, internal leakage is one of the most important reasons for the high or even high exhaust temperature

Practice has shown that internal leakage is one of the most important reasons for high or even high exhaust temperature. Especially in the expansion and suction process of a certain stage of the compressor, if the exhaust valve of that stage is not closed tightly, the high temperature and high pressure gas in the exhaust pipe that can be cooled in the future will return to the cylinder (internal leakage), which will cause the stage to exhaust. The temperature rose sharply. For this reason, special attention should be paid to prevent such situations from happening.

5. For multi-stage compressors, it is often not a single situation to adjust or reduce the exhaust temperature of a certain stage

For example, if the exhaust temperature of a certain stage is found to be relatively high, if the method of adjusting (increasing) the clearance volume is used, the pressure ratio of the stage is appropriately reduced, so that although the exhaust temperature of the stage can be reduced, it will make the front The pressure ratio of the first stage increases, and the exhaust temperature rises; if an attempt is made to reduce the exhaust temperature by strengthening the cooling of the cylinder of this stage and reducing the compression process index, it will also cause the pressure ratio of this stage to drop and the pressure ratio of the next stage to increase. When the cooling effect of the intercooler before this stage is strengthened, the exhaust temperature can be reduced by reducing the intake air temperature, but the intake pressure of this stage is also reduced accordingly. Increase the pressure ratio of this stage, so the effect of reducing the exhaust temperature is not obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a comprehensive method, for example, while strengthening the cooling before the stage, and appropriately increasing the clearance volume of the stage to keep the pressure ratio of the stage unchanged, not only can the exhaust temperature of the stage be effectively reduced, but also it will not be affected. The exhaust temperature of the front and rear stages.
