  2, check out the box. An ice maker is transported to the installation site by the manufacturer, and there are many links in the middle. Therefore, as an installer, before arriving at the site for installation, you must unpack and check whether the items in the packing list and installation accessories correspond to the factory's packing list, whether there is a shortage, whether there is any damage during the transportation of the machine, and so on.

   3. Installation. After checking 1 and 2 there is no problem, start to classify the parts sent by the factory and enter the installation process. When installing the split ice maker, you need to install the four supporting feet of the ice storage bucket first. Make necessary adjustments to the feet according to the installation site conditions. If the height of the machine is not too strict on the site, it is recommended to lengthen the feet of the ice storage bucket, which will help the smooth discharge of the ice melt water at the bottom of the ice storage bucket. Then you need to install the air funnel of the ice bucket. This funnel is the latest patented product of the factory, which can effectively prevent the sewer water from counterattacking into the ice storage bucket if the water channel is blocked, causing the pollution of edible ice. After the ice bucket is installed, install the water inlet copper head and the drain copper head of the host. The water inlet copper head is connected to the purified direct drinking water. After the drain copper head is connected to the drain pipe firmly, the other end is connected to the sewer. .    4. Debugging. After the ice storage bucket and the main engine are installed in place, check whether the machine has the conditions for water power and start-up debugging. Pay special attention to whether the main machine's condensing motor fan blades are blocked by foreign objects or blocked. Check thoroughly to make sure that the water inlet valve can be opened after installation, the power switch is turned on, and the ice maker switch is set to the ice making indication position, and the machine enters the automatic ice making mode. Once the machine enters the ice making mode, the installer must observe and record the time, the time between ice making and the ice falling, and the thickness of the ice cubes made. Generally, the thickness of the ice cube has been adjusted in the factory of the ice maker, and there is no need to adjust it during installation, but according to the different needs of individual users for the thickness of the ice cube, adjustment can be made if necessary.
