Attention should be paid to the installation of air ducts and equipment of clean air conditioning systems:

　　 (1) It is not allowed to use fragile materials such as asbestos rope as the gasket at the flange connection of the air pipe, and the 850J flame-retardant sealing tape gasket with strong sealing performance should be used at the flange.

　　 (2) The sealing paper at both ends can be removed only when the air duct is installed. If there is a lot of dust on the ground, a clean pad should be laid before assembly. Avoid contamination in the air duct. After installation, a 500~1000W iodine tungsten lamp should be placed in the air duct for light transmission inspection. It is required that no light is seen outside the tube.

　　 (3) It is not advisable to use canvas which is easy to accumulate dust on the hose joints connected to the air conditioning unit or fan. Materials such as artificial leather or special soft rubber can be used.

　　 (4) When there are equipment with strong vibration around the clean room. Try to use vibration isolation brackets for the air duct leading to the clean room to avoid transmitting vibration and noise to the clean room.

　　 (5) Because clean air conditioning systems generally install high-efficiency filters at the end of the system, before entering the clean room (area), in order to reduce the pollution of the high-efficiency filter during the initial operation of the entire system. After the Seventh Construction Project and the clean air-conditioning system are all installed and installed, and after a comprehensive wiping and purge, the fan in the equipment should be started to operate, and the high-efficiency filter should be installed after the fan runs for 24 hours. Before installation, check whether the high-efficiency filter in the protective bag is damaged or deformed, and whether the sealing head glue and filter paper have cracks and sand holes. Do not touch the filter paper with your hands or tools.

The gap between the filter installed in the wooden frame and the wooden frame must be sealed with a sealing gasket. The gasket is made of closed-cell sponge rubber sheet, neoprene rubber sheet, latex pad and other materials, thickness 6~8, pad Do not butt or overlap at the material joints.

　　 (6) Before and after the medium and high efficiency air filters. A pressure measuring hole or differential pressure alarm device should be set to check the efficiency of the filter. The air purification of each level of clean room should adopt three-stage filtration with primary, medium and high efficiency filters.

　　 (7) Closed regulating valves should be installed on the fresh air duct and the return air main duct.

　　 (8) Regulating valves and check valves should be installed on the exhaust system of the clean room to prevent outdoor air from being poured into the clean room.
