Panasonic still has confidence in the application of scroll compressors at low temperatures. The minimum evaporation temperature of Panasonic low-temperature scroll machines: R404A refrigerant can reach -45 ℃, R22 refrigerant can reach -40 ℃. Compared with the high temperature engine, Panasonic's special low-temperature scroll machine firstly improves the compressor's exhaust structure, scroll profile, motor efficiency and other aspects; at the same time, it uses liquid injection cooling technology to ensure the compressor's low exhaust temperature; And protect the compressor by two ways to the compressor discharge temperature and the motor coil temperature. Therefore, even the harsh conditions of very low evaporation temperature can operate stably.
Panasonic believes that low-temperature scroll compressors want to break through, should be DC frequency conversion, high horsepower, high COP, low noise, and more energy-saving. The application scenarios should include ultra-low temperature wind cabinets for commercial and supermarket use, refrigerated trucks, refrigerated containers, small low temperature Brine unit and cold storage, etc. On the other hand, in terms of natural refrigerants and environmentally friendly refrigerants, CO2 products have been vigorously promoted in China, and have been widely used in European and Japanese markets.
Danfoss also analyzed that at present, the market share of semi-hermetic piston compressors is decreasing year by year. The replacement of semi-hermetic piston compressors is mainly two types of products, one is a semi-closed screw, and the other is a scroll compressor. There are already many Crew users moved from pistons to vortex applications. At present, the rotor compressor still has some limitations. The first is mainly low power 3P and below, and the second product maturity and technology need to be improved. Scroll compressors are at a mature stage, and new technologies and new products are constantly emerging. For example, the variable-frequency scroll compressor has gradually formed a climate in the past two years. Fixed-frequency compressors are more abundant and perfect. Parallel or fixed-frequency scroll + variable-frequency scroll systems can be used. These have great room for development.
In fact, from the user's perspective, they are related in terms of demand. For example, the cooling capacity required by the convenience store is about 2P-8P, and the small supermarket and fresh store is about 2p-10p. The rotor can only provide a small amount of refrigeration, and it needs more technical development to meet the market's needs. demand. In addition to layout frequency conversion, the application of new refrigerants is also the development trend of scroll compressor companies. Emerson predicts that in the next 3 to 5 years, the R32 scroll compressor market will usher in greater growth, so Emerson has already realized the full range of R32 products in advance. An industry source said that Guangzhou Hitachi's R32 products have also achieved a full series, and are currently mainly exported to the European market.
