Check whether the cooling water process meets the requirements, whether the water channel is smooth, and whether there is water leakage. Check the outside of the compressor and motor, remove tools and all unrelated items. If the barring gear is 2-3 rpm, the operating mechanism should have no card owner and no impact. If a dedicated vent valve or unloading valve is provided on the exhaust line, it must be fully opened. Check whether the control and safety protection devices of the air compressor are intact. Start the compressor Click the car to start the compressor and check whether the rotation direction is correct. After driving, pay attention to whether the reading of the oil pressure gauge is normal and whether the oil supply of the oil injector is good. Open the valve on the air inlet pipe to make the air compressor run under load, and close the vent valve of the exhaust pipe to make the pressure rise slowly. Check the exhaust pressure at all levels, exhaust temperature at all levels, inlet and outlet temperatures, cooling water pressure, and lubricating oil pressure are all within the specified range. Check whether the load of the motor is within the rated range according to the reading of the ammeter. Check whether the surface of the piston rod is overheated and whether the packing is normal. Check the firmness of the motor and body fixed on the foundation. Pay attention to whether the pipeline vibrates abnormally. It is generally not allowed to start the compressor in multiple intermittent ways. If the humidity in the air is high, the number of discharges should be increased. ; Should always pay attention to and check whether the temperature reading of each pressure gauge is within the specified range. ; Check whether the oil injector is normal, and check the supply of lubricating oil to each oil injection point. If the oil injection is abnormal, the operation of the air compressor should be stopped and eliminated. ; In order to provide good lubrication, use; compound standard lubricating oil, it is forbidden to use inferior engine oil. ; Always pay attention to whether the safety valve on the intercooler and the gas tank is safe and reliable. 9; often pay attention to whether the exhaust valve and the suction valve are working normally and clean them regularly, 10; Regularly clean or replace each filter movement, and regularly change the lubricant. 11 Turn off the power after stopping, and close the main cooling water valve Four; fault analysis; (exhaust pressure of a certain stage is too high); the next stage of intake, the exhaust valve is faulty, or poorly installed, or the valve plate and spring are damaged. 2; The piston ring of the next stage fails. 2 (Exhaust pressure of a certain stage is too low); The inlet and exhaust valves of this stage are faulty, or poorly installed, or the valve leaf spring is damaged. ; The piston ring of this grade is invalid. (Exhaust temperature of a certain level is too high) The temperature of this level of gas is too high, the exhaust pressure of this level is too high, and the cooling water drainage temperature is too high. 4 (The oil temperature is too high) ; Oil cooler failure; bearing or bearing bush or slideway or oil pump failure 5 (Excessive drainage temperature: insufficient water supply) 6 (abnormal sound of the fuselage part:) ; The bearing retainer wears seriously, Bearing clearance is too large Bolts and nuts are not tightened 7 (abnormal sound of cylinder part): Water accumulates in the cylinder or foreign objects enter the cylinder, the gap between the dead points is too small; the nut is loose. 8 (Insufficient exhaust volume) The first-level intake and exhaust valve, the piston ring is faulty; all levels of pipeline leak, the cylinder leaks to the water channel> The pressure of the first-stage exhaust pipe is too high. The resistance of the intake pipe is too large or the air supply is insufficient; the speed of the compressor is not enough.
