Precautions for the safe use of chillers

In order to ensure the safe operation of the chiller and protect the personal safety of the staff, the operator must be familiar with the knowledge of the safety management of the chiller. Please read it carefully before using the chiller.

　　 1. The operators and maintenance personnel of the chiller must receive technical training and safety technology education, and only after passing the test are allowed to work.

　　2. A reasonable and concise equipment operation regulations system, equipment maintenance system, technical safety regulations, job responsibility and shift system must be established and strictly implemented.

　　3. Eye-catching air conditioning system operation diagrams should be posted in the chiller room or duty room.

　　4. During the operation of the chiller, the operator must stick to his post, pay attention to monitoring the operation of the chiller, and carefully record the operating data of the chiller on time.

　　5. No other use is allowed in the chiller room, flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stacked, and open flames are not allowed.

　　 6. Electrical parameter monitoring and electrical protection.

　　A. A power grid voltage monitoring meter should be installed on the switchboard. When the grid voltage is too high or too low, pay close attention to current changes and the temperature rise of compressors and motors, and stop immediately if necessary.

　　B. All electrical equipment (including customer-supplied power) must be well grounded in accordance with national electrical safety regulations.

　　C. The wires and electric control box shall not be in direct contact with flammable and heat insulating materials.

　　D. It is not allowed to shut down the machine by cutting off.

　　 7. Maintenance

　　A. During the warranty period, the power switch is hung with a sign "under maintenance, no closing".

　　B. If outside the warranty period, the user opens the inspection by himself, and uses a flashlight or low-voltage work light to illuminate.

　　C. Troubleshoot the unit according to the maintenance content. If there is any problem, you can call our company or contact the dealer.
