Problems of evaporator defrosting and improvement methods
Although the evaporator is very useful, the evaporator defrosting electric heating tube burned out and the water collecting tray heating chamber burned out successively during use. So I will introduce the problems of the evaporator equipment and analyze the problems. The root cause of the problem and propose corresponding improvement measures.
1. The evaporator often fails to defrost
The evaporator electric heating tube is very easy to burn out, and because the evaporator electric heating tube consists of two sets of heating tubes in series, one of them burns out, the circuit is interrupted and cannot work normally, so the frost on the evaporator body cannot melt.
2, the drip tray is frozen
There is no electric heating tube inside the water collecting pan. Although it is equipped with the same electric heating wire as the downpipe, the power is small, the quality is poor, and failures often occur. Because the low temperature reaches below -18°C, when the evaporator defrosts After that, the water that enters the catchment pan before it can be discharged will freeze again and cannot flow away through the downpipe normally.
3, downpipe is blocked by ice
The downpipe electric heating wire is faulty. Because the downpipe electric heating wire is always in working condition and its quality is poor, the downpipe electric heating wire has a high failure rate. Because the downpipe is long, once the electric heating wire fails, in a low temperature environment, the water entering the downpipe will start to freeze before it can flow away, and the defrost cannot be achieved normally.
improvement measures:
1. The main reason why the evaporator cannot defrost is caused by the problem of the quality of the electric heating, and the series method is used. Therefore, we should use a heating tube with a rated voltage of 220v and use a parallel connection.
2. Re-customize the drip tray to ensure that the defrosted water from the evaporator will not freeze again after reaching the drip tray.
3. Improve the shortening of the downpipe. The downpipe is as short as possible. Add a water collecting bucket under the water collecting pan. Replace the water collecting bucket with a new one before the water in the water collecting bucket is full.
