  1. The power cord for cold storage should be a dedicated branch circuit, and its wire capacity should be greater than 1.5 times the maximum operating current value of the refrigeration system z*, so as to ensure safety at the maximum operating current.

  2. It is strictly forbidden not to connect the grounding wire or not to connect the grounding wire in the designated position, otherwise it will cause the body shell to become live, and even leakage may occur, which endangers personal safety. The yellow-green wire can only be used as a grounding wire and cannot be used for other purposes.

   3. The power cord or control line should be fixed and connected strictly with a crimping card or a wire clamp, otherwise it will cause looseness, sparking, and disconnection, leaving hidden dangers.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use non-standard power cords; all dedicated lines for cold storage should be equipped with air switches or line protection devices such as leakage protection, otherwise it may cause a fire due to the heat of plugs, sockets, wires, etc.; if there is no corresponding air A switch or a leakage protection switch will not prevent short-circuit and leakage accidents caused by equipment failure or accidents, and cannot disconnect the power supply in time, which may easily cause fire and personal injury.

5. It is strictly forbidden to add the power cord or the indoor or outdoor machine connection line when it is not long enough. The entire wire must be replaced, and no joints are allowed in the middle; otherwise it may cause poor contact or generate heat due to the extension part that does not meet the requirements , Sparking fire, causing fire or leakage, endangering personal safety. When the connecting wire is too long, it is strictly prohibited to wind it into a small circle to avoid eddy current heating.

6. It is strictly forbidden to replace the fuse (wire) with copper wire or wire. The fuse (wire) of the same specification should be replaced after the fuse is blown; otherwise, the fuse (wire) will not work, and the circuit board will lose its protection and easily damage the chip. And other components, and even burn out the circuit board.

  7. The indoor and outdoor electrical connections of the cold storage should not be affected by tensile and twisting stress; otherwise, it will cause a short circuit or equipment failure or leakage accident caused by the power cord.

   8. After the repair is completed, a comprehensive electrical safety inspection of the system must be carried out to eliminate hidden dangers, including whether the wiring terminals or connecting wire connectors are loose, aging, and whether the metal cover is stuck with wires, etc.

  The design and construction of cold storage wires should be fully considered in the early stage of cold storage installation, and full consideration should be given to the selection of cold storage wires.
