Simple and clear-graphic analysis of central air conditioning cleaning
Three steps for central air conditioning cleaning: air outlet first, air return, focus on cleaning the filter
1. Clean the air outlet
Adjust the swing leaf of the air outlet panel of the indoor unit to a level, and wipe the outer air outlet of the room with a clean towel. If you want to clean the inner louver, you need to remove the air outlet and clean it.
①Before cleaning, remember to disconnect the air conditioner power supply to avoid accidents.
②For the air outlets of household central air conditioners, in addition to the above air duct type, you may also see the following embedded ceilings, and its air outlets are on the four sides of the ceiling (as shown in the figure below), and the cleaning sequence is also the same.
2. Clean the return air inlet
Open the gusset plate of the indoor unit's return air vent, remove the filter, and wipe the panel of the indoor unit's return air vent with a towel.
①The duct type air return vent generally appears under the ceiling of the air outlet, and the return air vent of the embedded machine is in the middle of the ceiling machine.
②When cleaning, you can use a soft brush, water or neutral detergent to clean; when there is more dust, spray the ventilation fan or special detergent directly on the return air panel, and rinse with water after 10 minutes. Remember not to wash with hot water above 50℃, otherwise it will fade and deform!
Three, filter cleaning
1.The filter screens removed from the air outlet and return air outlet should be rinsed with water until they are clean. It is best to clean carefully with a small brush and detergent. This process requires patience.
2.Put the cleaned filter on the backlight to dry, don't rush to collect it, be sure to dry;
3. Remember to reinstall the filter back to the air outlet, and then fix the panel on the ceiling to restore the original shape of the air outlet.
