Structural requirements of modular air conditioning units

1. When the windward velocity of the cooling coil exceeds 2.5m/s, a water baffle shall be set.

  2, the spray section should have an observation window, a water baffle and a water filter device.

  3. The unit should be provided with a drainage outlet, and the discharge should be unblocked, without overflow and leakage.

  4. The insulation layer and wall panels of the unit box should be firmly and densely combined. The thermal resistance of the wall panel insulation is not less than 0.68m^3W/K, and the box body should be provided with anti-cold bridge measures.

  5. The inspection door of the unit should be tight, flexible, open both inside and outside, and lockable.

   6. The outlet of the fan of the unit should have a flexible pipe, and the fan should be equipped with a vibration isolation device.

  7. The box body of each functional section should have sufficient strength, and there should be no uneven deformation after transportation, starting, running, and stopping.

   8. The airflow on the cross section of the unit should not cause a short circuit.

  9. The unit should keep the test hole and the test instrument interface.

   10. The heating section of the FRP air-conditioning unit should be insulated.
