The relationship between refrigerant and water in explosion-proof chemical air conditioning

Compared with ordinary air conditioners, the good explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof chemical air conditioners is an important factor in the selection of enterprises. There is no difference between the appearance and use of the two, but in the production process technology, the two are different. The explosion-proof principle of the air conditioner is to move all the circuit board chips inside the air conditioner to the explosion-proof control box, and the explosion-proof control box controls the operating state of the air conditioner. Secondly, the explosion-proof air conditioner uses explosion-proof treatment on the motor of the air conditioner, and the motor is sealed with glue, so that the coil in the motor is completely separated from the external environment. To put it simply, explosion-proof air conditioner is to carry out explosion-proof treatment for both indoor and outdoor units. Only in this way can the explosion-proof requirements be fully met.

The refrigeration system of explosion-proof chemical air conditioner is divided into two categories: direct cooling and indirect cooling system. Refrigeration cycle cooling system, indirect cooling system, including two kinds of refrigerant and refrigerant cycle.

When the refrigerant in the explosion-proof chemical air conditioner contains moisture, an ice jam will occur, which can easily block the regulating valve or the road. When it is light, it affects the cooling effect, and when it is severe, it makes the entire system unable to run.

In addition, moisture will combine with the refrigerant to decompose and form a precipitate. The sediment will cause the deterioration of the lubricating oil and affect the lubrication of the compressor. Some refrigerants also corrode metals when mixed with water. Damage the motor winding insulation.

In short, moisture in the refrigeration system is harmful to no benefit, so careful attention must be paid. There are three sources of moisture:

The refrigerant itself contains moisture, the lubricating oil contains moisture, and the air entering the system during assembly and repair also contains moisture.

Therefore, in addition to paying attention to the moisture in the refrigeration oil and lubricating oil, the vacuuming work of the refrigeration system must be thorough to prevent the moisture in the air from remaining in the system to avoid ice plug failure.
