The role of the compressor

The role of the compressor The compressor is the power core of the refrigeration system of the air conditioner. It can inhale the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapors to increase the temperature and pressure, compress the refrigerant inside, and achieve the purpose of refrigeration through heat-power conversion. If the refrigeration system is compared to the human body system, the refrigeration compressor is one of the most important components in the refrigeration system, and is the core and heart of the vapor refrigeration system. Absorb refrigerant vapor from the evaporator to ensure a certain evaporation pressure in the evaporator. Increase the pressure and compress the low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant vapor into high-pressure and high-temperature superheated vapor to create conditions for condensation at a higher temperature (such as the temperature of about 35℃ in summer). Transport and promote the flow of refrigerant in the system to complete the refrigeration cycle. It can be seen that the refrigerant vapor is increased from low pressure to high pressure and the continuous flow and transportation of the vapor are all accomplished by means of the work of the refrigeration compressor. Refrigeration compressors are divided into volume-type refrigeration compressors and speed-type refrigeration compressors according to the principle of increasing gas pressure. The refrigerant vapor is directly compressed in a closed volume with a variable volume to reduce its volume, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the pressure. This compressor becomes a volume-type refrigeration compressor. The volume-type refrigeration compressors mainly have a reciprocating type (also known as a piston type), screw type, scroll type, rolling rotor type vane type and rotary vane type.
