Three maintenance and inspection methods for air-conditioning refrigeration compressors

In order to ensure the normal operation of the compressor and prolong its service life, in addition to regular maintenance and inspection, daily maintenance and inspection are very important. In addition to measuring changes in compressor operation with various instruments, it is usually checked by watching, listening, and touching. But these three methods are not isolated, but are related to each other. One of the methods alone cannot check whether the compressor is running well.

Look-by looking at the method, you can see whether the mechanical parts of each transmission part are loose, whether the lubrication of each friction part is good; whether the cooling efficiency of the cylinder cooling water and the intercooler at all levels is good and whether the flow of the cooling water is smooth ; Whether the air cylinders and coolers at all levels are vented; whether there are air and oil leaks at the connections.

Listening--The operation of the compressor can be judged more accurately by listening method. Because when the compressor is running, its sound should be uniform and rhythmic. If its sound loses its rhythm, and uneven miscellaneous orders and noise appear, it means that the internal parts of the compressor or the working conditions of the cylinder have changed abnormally.

Touching--the degree of fever can be known by touching it. But you must pay attention to safety, z * good parking inspection. Pay more attention to safety when checking the friction parts of the moving parts (the outlets of all levels of gas hiding must not be touched because the temperature here is higher). At the same time, the vibration of its transmission components can also be known. However, the three methods of watching, listening, and touching are not isolated, and sometimes it is impossible to judge the working condition of the equipment with only one method.

Therefore, we must also analyze some of the observed materials in order to draw correct conclusions. For example, if the inlet valve of the cylinder leaks, it can be found out by touching it, because after the inlet valve leaks, the temperature of the cylinder head will increase due to the high temperature gas leaked out, but when the inlet valve leaks too much , You may not be able to touch it out by touching it. This requires the way of listening to be able to hear it, or the way of seeing it from the pressure gauge. Because after the valve leaks, the intake pressure of this stage of cylinder increases and its outlet pressure decreases. It can be seen from this that the ability to use the methods of watching, listening, and touching in actual operations can help to timely and accurately determine the causes of various abnormal phenomena and prevent them in time. This can greatly reduce the possibility of accidents. Dust and debris and oil pollution can not only contaminate the lubricating oil, increase the wear and corrosion of mechanical parts, and even cause machine failure. This will extend the service life of the machine and ensure the normal operation of the machine.
