The chiller provides a constant current and constant pressure circulating cooling water flow to meet the needs of the water cooling instrument. The chiller can ensure the normal operation of the instrument and achieve the purpose of water saving due to the pre-filled high-quality water circulating in the machine. When the chiller is incorrectly selected, there are the following disadvantages:

   1. The water quality is poor and it is easy to block the water channel of the machine and cause greater losses.

   2. Waste water resources and increase user costs.

  3. When the weather is too hot, the water temperature cannot meet the requirements, which affects product quality and efficiency.

   Refrigerator is a machine that transfers the heat of the object to be cooled with a lower temperature to the environment medium to obtain cold energy. The heat transferred from a lower temperature object is traditionally called coldness. The working fluid involved in the change of thermal process (energy conversion and heat transfer) in the refrigerator is called refrigerant. The temperature range of refrigeration is usually above 120K, and below 120K belongs to the range of deep cryogenic technology. Refrigerators are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and daily life.

   The cooling water temperature is too high and the condensation effect is poor. The rated working condition of the cooling water required by the chiller is 30~35℃. High water temperature and poor heat dissipation will inevitably lead to high condensing pressure. This phenomenon often occurs in high temperature seasons. The reason for the high water temperature may be: cooling tower failure, such as the fan is not turned on or even reversed, the water distributor does not turn, it is manifested as the cooling water temperature is very high and rising rapidly; the outside temperature is high, the water path is short, and the amount of water that can be circulated In this case, the cooling water temperature is generally maintained at a relatively high level, which can be solved by increasing the storage tank. 

     The condenser is scaled or blocked. Condensate water is generally tap water, it is easy to scale when the temperature is above 30℃, and because the cooling tower is open, it is directly exposed to the air, dust and foreign matter can easily enter the cooling water system, causing the condenser to become dirty and the heat exchange area is small , The efficiency is low, and it also affects the water flow. The performance is that the pressure difference and temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the unit become larger, and the upper and lower temperatures of the condenser are very high when the condenser is touched by hand, and the condenser outlet copper pipe is hot. The unit should be backwashed regularly, and chemical cleaning and descaling should be carried out if necessary.
