1. Pipeline corrosion is an important factor causing water loss:

   When the pipeline is filled with water, a large amount of dissolved oxygen is mixed into it to cause corrosion; the insulation shell of the directly buried pipeline is disconnected and is subject to long-term soaking of groundwater to cause corrosion.

  The way to control corrosion is:

   (1) When choosing direct-buried insulation pipe, we must pay attention to its quality. Moreover, once water enters the trench, personnel should be immediately organized to conduct emergency repairs, drain water, and open the manhole cover for ventilation, so that the degree of corrosion can be reduced to low .

   (2) Make up as little water as possible during operation, and the water needs to be treated. Boiler water treatment includes chemical treatment outside the boiler and chemical treatment inside the boiler. The main purpose is to increase the pH of the feedwater, which can prevent galvanic corrosion caused by depolarization in the water supply system, and stabilize the oxide film. When the pH reaches 8 or more, it can prevent pipeline corrosion.

   2. Weld cracking is the main cause of water loss:

The pipe rupture caused by the sinking of the pipe support in the trench and the bending and deformation of the pipe; because the water supply is carried out before the boiler is opened every year, and the pipe network is filled with air before the water supply, and the air dissolved in the water is separated during the water supply The system will generate a lot of gas. At this time, due to the lack of exhaust valve or the damage of exhaust valve, the exhaust of the system is not timely, and water hammer is easy to occur.

   In order to avoid the occurrence of these phenomena, the heating department should pay attention to the following two points:

   (1) Pay attention to the quality of the pipe when buying steel pipe. The welding quality during construction must comply with national standards.

   (2) When the system is watered before the furnace is turned on every year, you should always pay attention to the pressure of the network and adjust the water supply valve at any time to make the pressure of the network rise slowly. When filling water, the water should be filled slowly from the return pipe, and the water flow rate should not be too fast.

   3. The phenomenon of private water release is serious:

   As hot water circulates in the system during the heating period, many heat users privately discharge or use the hot water in the system, causing a serious water loss in the system. Some users also add radiators or faucets privately to steal hot water from the heating system. As a result, the system loses water seriously, and the water supply pump frequently replenishes water, which can easily cause damage to the equipment.

   In response to the above problems, the following work should be done:

   Add some odorous or colored chemicals with anti-corrosion and anti-scaling functions to the heating system.

   Fourth, the pipeline is blocked. The reasons for this phenomenon are:

   (1) The water quality treatment is unqualified, and the scaling phenomenon is serious.

   (2) The heating pipe network and the user's indoor system have a long service life. After the corrosive substance on the inner wall of the metal pipe is peeled off, some of it flows with the water, which is easy to cause the decontamination device to block.

  (3) After the seal at the junction of the valve and the pipe is broken, it falls into the pipe.

   (4) In the process of new installation or pipeline renewal, construction personnel did not work seriously, leaving dirt, stones, welding slag and other debris in the pipeline, causing pipeline blockage. The solution to this phenomenon is generally to drain water in order to remove the obstructions. This will cause the system to lose a lot of water and cause system pressure instability.

  The solution to this problem:

   The sealing material of the trench valve and pipe connection should be replaced regularly.

   Try to make up water as little as possible during operation, and the water needs to be chemically treated. It can prevent pipeline corrosion.

  Renew in time the pipe sections with long service life and severe corrosion.

  Flush the newly updated pipe network to avoid economic losses caused by water leakage.
