How to maintain the servo motor driver?

The maintenance methods are as follows:

1. In order to prolong the lifespanof the servo system, you should pay attention to the following aspects. For the operating environment of the system, the temperature, humidity, dust, vibration and input voltage need to be considered. Please regularly clean the ventilation system of the numerical control device. Always check whether the cooling fans on the numerical control device are working properly. It should be inspected and cleaned every six months or a quarter depending on the environment of the workshop.
   
   
2. When the temperature in the numerical control device exceeds 55-60℃ due to the high ambient temperature, an air-conditioning device should be installed in time. In addition to maintenance, the electrical cabinet doors should be opened as little as possible. Because the dust and metal powder floating in the air in the workshop do not fall on the printed circuit boards and electrical connectors, it is easy to cause the insulation resistance between the components to decrease, resulting in failure or even damage to the components.
   
   
3. The CNC machine tool which is not used for a long time should be maintained regularly. First of all, the CNC system should be energized frequently, and let it run without load when the machine tool is locked. In the rainy season when the air humidity is relatively high, the electricity should be turned on every day, and the heat of the electrical components themselves should be used to drive away the moisture in the CNC cabinet to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the electronic components.
