The maintenance master turned on the AC switch of the air conditioner in the car, adjusted the knob to the left end, and turned on the air volume at the same time. The master opened the cover, and its compressor did not work at all! If the compressor does not work, the refrigerant will not circulate, and the air outlet will definitely not blow cold air. Afterwards, the master found the high and low pressure interface of the air conditioning pipeline, and lightly pressed the valve needle at the location of the interface with a tool, and found that there was no pressure in the pipeline! This indicates that there is leakage of refrigerant in the air conditioning system. It is necessary to connect the air conditioning meter, use a vacuum pump to pressurize the pipeline, and then measure the leak. As shown in the following figure, it is being pressurized. After the air-conditioning system is pressurized, the master sprays foam water on the parts of the air-conditioning system such as the condenser and the compressor that are easily visible. Bubbles indicate leakage. Soon, the master found the bubbling part, that is the compressor. As shown in the figure below, the compressor leaking refrigerant has been removed. Let's look at the surface of the compressor. The normal surface of the compressor should be clean, and its surface is black sludge. This is very abnormal. The biggest possibility is that the compressor leaks refrigerant, and the refrigerant has freezing. The oil and frozen oil bleed out with the refrigerant and remain on the surface of the compressor, absorbing dust to form sludge. So, where does the compressor leak refrigerant? The owner has doubts. In order to let the owner see the location of the compressor leakage, the master found special tools, as shown by the arrows in the figure below, the two tools block the two interfaces, one of which is the valve needle interface structure, as shown in the red area, here you can Connect the air-conditioning meter for pressurization. After the air conditioner is connected, the master uses a vacuum pump to pressurize the compressor and uses foam water to detect the location of the compressor leakage The leakage of the compressor is very serious. As shown by the arrow in the figure below, a lot of air bubbles are emerging in the middle of the compressor, and the speed is very fast. After seeing this situation, the owner said: No wonder there is no cold wind! The refrigerant has leaked from here, how does the compressor still work? After finding the problem that the air conditioner is not cool, the repair suggestion given by the master is: replace the compressor. After the owner agreed to this repair, the master installed the new compressor the next day, its location is shown by the arrow in the figure below. After the new compressor is installed, the master must first pressurize with a vacuum pump. After the pressure is maintained for a long time, it means that there is no leakage in the air conditioning system, and then evacuate and refrigerant to the specified pressure. After the air conditioner can normally blow cold air, the master removes the air conditioner filter element and cleans it, as shown by the arrow in the figure below. This is its air conditioner filter element, which is just a net. This air conditioner filter element is the most environmentally friendly filter element I have ever seen and can be recycled indefinitely! After repairing the air conditioner, the master also found a problem, that is, he could feel very obvious engine vibration when in the car. The reason is that the engine feet shown in the arrow below are damaged, and the vibration of the engine itself cannot be reduced. shock.
