1. Ambient temperature of servo driver

1) Operating temperature: - 10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃; (2) storage temperature: - 25 ℃ ~ + 65 ℃; (3) ambient humidity: 5% ~ 90%, no condensation; (4) vibration / shock: vibration is 0.5g (4.9M / S2), shock is 2G (19.6m / S2).

  1. Environmental conditions

1) Standard altitude: below 2000m altitude (above 2000m, 20% capacity reduction per 1000m rise); (2) working system: continuous working system S1; short time working system S2, 30min; continuous cycle working system S6, 40%; (3) power circuit control mode: three-phase / single-phase full wave rectifier, IGBT-PWM Mode, sine wave current control, driving frequency 15KHz / 8kHz / 4kHz; (4) structure: wall mounted, open structure; (5) cooling mode: self cooling / forced air cooling.

  1. Installation method

If there is no special regulation, the motor shall be installed on the standard test support specified in GB / t7345 horizontally and axially during the test. The installation mode of the servo driver shall be in accordance with the normal working mode specified in the special technical conditions of the product. The driver shall be installed and tested by simulating its actual use position as far as possible.

  1. Installation in electrical control cabinet

The temperature around the servo drive will continue to rise due to the heating of the electrical equipment inside the electrical control cabinet and the heat dissipation conditions inside the control cabinet. Therefore, considering the cooling of the drive and the configuration in the control cabinet, the temperature around the drive should be below 55 ℃ and the relative humidity should be below 90. The long-term safe working temperature is below 45 ℃.

  1. Heating equipment nearby

Working at high temperature will shorten its life and cause failure. Therefore, the temperature of servo driver should be below 55 ℃ under the condition of thermal convection and radiation.

  1. Vibration equipment nearby

Various anti vibration measures are adopted to ensure that the servo driver is not affected by vibration and the vibration is less than 0.5g (4.9M / s).

  1. Harsh environment

When used in harsh environment, contact with corrosive gas, moisture, metal dust, water and processing liquid will make the driver failure. Therefore, the working environment of the drive must be ensured during installation.

  1. Interference equipment nearby

It has a great influence on the power line and control line of the servo driver, which makes the driver malfunction. Noise filter and other anti-interference measures can be added to ensure the normal operation of the driver. The leakage current will increase after adding noise filter. In order to avoid this problem, isolation transformer can be used. In particular, the control signal line of the driver is easy to be disturbed, so reasonable wiring and shielding measures should be taken.

9.The correct shielding grounding is at the reference potential point inside the circuit, which depends on whether the noise source and the receiver are grounded at the same time or floating.

10.Ensure that the shield is grounded at the same point so that the ground current does not flow through the shield.

11.It is forbidden that the ground circuit generated by various ways of connecting the earth is easily affected by noise and generates current at different reference points.

  1. When there is no isolation between the AC power supply and the DC bus of the driver, the non-isolated port or non-isolated signal of the DC bus cannot be connected to the ground, which will cause equipment damage and personal injury.
  2. Don’t connect the servo driver to the ground of external power supply, which will directly affect the work of controller and driver.
  3. The AC common voltage is not to the earth. There may be a high voltage between the DC bus and the earth. Direct grounding is forbidden.
  4. In the servo system, the common ground and the earth must be connected together at the signal end.
  5. In order to keep the command reference voltage constant, connect the signal ground of servo driver to the signal ground of controller.
