The core problem of compressor oper
Radiator heating system riser pipe installation and precautions
1. Standpipe installation of radiator heating system:
1. When arranging the system riser, it should be matched with the use requirements of the building, the heating system diagram, the layout of the radiator, etc.. It is necessary to save pipes and facilitate installation and maintenance. When the riser is installed, it should be arranged on the outer wall as much as possible At the corners and the wall between windows. The water supply riser of the double pipe system should be arranged on the right side of the face; the return water riser should be arranged on the left side of the face, and the center distance between the two risers is 80mm.
2. When the radiator riser is connected to the horizontal main pipe, if the straight length of the riser is less than 15m, the riser and the main pipe can be connected by two elbows. When the straight line length of the riser is greater than 15m, the riser and the main pipe use three 90 °The elbow is connected to the main pipe, the length of the cross section should be 300mm, and the slope should be 1%, and the external wire and elbow should not be used as a connection method to replace the cross section of the pipe section to ensure that the riser pipe expansion and contraction can be compensated.
3. Standpipe valves without closed pipes in single-sequence hot water heating systems for residential projects need not be fitted with live joints. Standpipe valves with closed pipes should be provided with live joints, but closed pipes may not be fitted with live joints.
4. The exact size of the closed pipe should be based on the center distance between the water inlet and the outlet of the radiator, plus the gradient value of the upper and lower branch pipes of the radiator, and then the specific size of the closed pipe.
5. The heating riser can only be installed after straightening. When straightening, the method of local heating by gas welding should be used for straightening.
6. Before installing the riser, the radiator should be in place and the straightness can be found before installing the riser. In this way, the size of the riser can be accurate.
7. The semi-circular bend on the double riser should be accurate and straight, and the branch pipe should be in the middle of the semi-circular bend.
2. Radiator heating system branch pipe installation:
1. When the branch pipe is installed, the pipe diameter is not less than or equal to 100mm, and the allowable deviation is 10/100; the pipe diameter is greater than 100mm, and the allowable deviation is 8/100.
2. Concealed or semi-concealed radiator branch pipes must be adapted to the corners of the radiator tank to achieve aesthetics.
3. The branch pipe connected to the radiator should have a slope. When the total length of the branch pipe is less than or equal to 500mm, the slope value is 5mm; if it is greater than 500mm, it is 10mm. The water supply branch pipe for the upper and lower return slopes to the radiator, and the return water branch pipe slopes towards the radiator. There is no exhaust device on the top water supply standpipe, the supply and return water branch pipes slope to the standpipe, the other layer water supply branch pipes slope to the radiator, and the return water branch pipe slopes to the standpipe.
4. The length of the radiator branch pipe is greater than 1.5m, and a pipe clamp or bracket should be installed in the middle.
5. When the radiator branch pipe passes through the wall, in addition to installing a casing, it should also be noted that the branch pipe is not allowed to have a joint in the wall. When installing a valve on the branch pipe, it should be connected to the detachable part on the side close to the radiator. The branch pipe installation should be carried out after the radiator and the riser are installed, or it can be installed at the same time as the riser. During installation, the steel pipe must be adjusted properly before touching the head to avoid crooking the branch and riser.
Three, radiator heating system installation precautions:
1. Perform on-site measurement and design with the technicians of the radiator seller to determine the type, number of pieces, water inlet and outlet methods, and specific installation positions of the radiator. The technician determines the type of radiator according to the actual situation and communicates with the owner. The number of groups, the number of pieces of each group and the installation location, etc., and the purchase and sale contract of the radiator is signed with the seller.
2. The radiator construction unit signs a construction agreement to ensure construction quality and risks. Generally, the construction unit should indicate on the construction agreement that the construction of the radiator system must guarantee at least one heating season. If the radiator sales unit and the construction unit are the same A unit potential is good.
3. The first phase of the radiator installation must be divided into two construction periods to complete. The first and second phases of the project: the first phase of the radiator is the positioning of the radiator equipment, slotting, piping (or pipe modification), pipe connection (welded pipe), installation of the water collector, pressure test, etc.; The project is the installation of the radiator (fixed suspension of the radiator, the connection of the valve with the radiator and the heating pipe), the pressure detection of the entire system and the debugging of the radiator, etc.
The radiator manufacturer explained that the riser and branch pipes are installed. When heating users install the radiator system in their own homes, they must pay attention, because if the riser is not installed, it will affect the entire heating system, and the branch pipes are not installed properly. It affects the heating of that room, and it also prevents the heating users from saving energy when heating.
