Pressure controller, also known as pressure relay, is an electrical switch controlled by a pressure signal. When the suction and discharge pressures of the air-conditioning compressor in the computer room exceed their normal working pressure range, the high and low pressure controllers will cut off the power respectively. Due to insufficient cooling of the condenser, excessive refrigerant injection, the valve of the exhaust pipe is not opened when the air conditioning unit of the computer room is started, etc., the exhaust pressure rises and exceeds the normal operating load, which may cause the engine room air conditioning motor to burn out and damage the compressor Therefore, a high-pressure controller must be installed. When the exhaust pressure of the unit exceeds a given value, the high-pressure controller immediately cuts off the compressor's power supply and stops it.

   When the suction pressure of the refrigeration device is too low, it will produce undesirable consequences, which will freeze the fruits and vegetables. When there is a vacuum, air will infiltrate the system, causing the exhaust pressure and temperature to rise and the cooling capacity to decrease, and even ice blockage occurs. Therefore, a low-voltage controller needs to be installed. There are many types of pressure controllers used in refrigeration systems. The main difference lies in the failure of the amplitude adjustment mechanism. Commonly used pressure controllers are KD type pressure controllers, YWK series, FP type, RT type pressure controllers, etc.

In order to directly adjust and measure the control value of the pressure controller in the refrigeration system, a standard pressure gauge can be connected in parallel with the pressure controller. Its process range must include the pressure value corresponding to the pressure controller when it is closed and released. An indicator light is connected to the pressure controller, which can be read from the pressure gauge when the indicator light is on and off.

   In order to ensure the normal use of the air conditioning pressure controller in the computer room, the following should be done:

   (1) Check once a year, adjust the voltage according to the set value, and check whether the scale is accurate and whether the electric signal can be sent out in time.

   (2) After the single piece is checked, put it back into the system to create pressure conditions and observe whether it is reliable.

(3) If the signal from the controller flashes and is unstable, the main reason is that there is a problem with the U-shaped spring in the switch. The switch should be removed to adjust the spring to make the contact jump up and down stably, sometimes it may be concave on the screw. The relative position of the shape nut and the switch transmission rod can be moved, and the concave nut can be loosened to tighten the mule nail and adjust the relative position to make the switch transmission rod beating stably.

   (4) Try not to dismantle or remove parts as much as possible during maintenance.

   (5) Leakage of the air box and bellows must be repaired by the manufacturer.
