1. Blowdown of refrigeration system
1. The equipment pipes of the refrigeration system must be drained before operation to remove the welding slag, iron filings, sand and other dirt remaining in the system during the installation process. Prevent dirt from damaging the components of the refrigerator and the valves in the system, and avoid blockage of the system pipeline.
2. When the ammonia refrigeration system discharges sewage, an air compressor or an ammonia refrigerator can be used to provide compressed air, and the pressure of the compressed air generally does not exceed 0.6 MPa. The sewage outlet should be set at the low z* of the pipeline, and the sewage work can be grouped and carried out in layers.
3. Sewage discharge is generally no less than 3 times, until the discharged gas is free of water vapor, oil and rust.
4. In order to effectively use the explosive force and high-speed airflow of the compressed gas, a valve can be installed on the sewage outlet. When the pressure in the system rises, the valve can be quickly opened to quickly discharge the gas and bring out the dirt.
5. In practice, a wooden plug can also be used to block the sewage outlet. When the system has a certain pressure, the wooden plug is pulled out to quickly exhaust the air. This method is very good. But there is a certain danger, so be careful and pay attention to safety during operation.
6. The blowdown of the Freon system is also carried out after the installation of the system, and 0.6MPa nitrogen is used for segmented blowdown. The blowdown method and inspection are the same as the ammonia system. Compressed air cannot be used during the blowdown and pressure test of the Freon system. The compressed air contains water vapor. If it remains in the Freon system, it will cause ice blockage or ice blockage in the Freon system.
7. In the process of sewage discharge, if there is obvious leakage of the pipeline flange valve, it should be remedied in time. After the system is drained, the valve cores and filters of all valves in the system should be disassembled and cleaned.
2. Leak detection safety operation steps for refrigeration system
1, connect the pressure reducing valve to the nitrogen cylinder, and connect the nitrogen cylinder pressure reducing valve with the ammonia valve of the system with a nitrogen pipe;
2, open all valves in the system except the valves that communicate with the atmosphere;
3. Open the ammonia valve and nitrogen valve, and fill the system with nitrogen to the low pressure part of the test pressure;
4. Close the ammonia valve and nitrogen valve, and use a brush dipped in soapy water or detergent to smear all welds, pipe joints, flanges, valves and other connections and sealing parts for leak detection;
5. Find the leaks, mark them, and after finding a batch of leaks, the operator is located at a safe position for draining operations and unscrews the screw plug at the lower part of the low-pressure circulating liquid reservoir (or gas-liquid separator), draining and releasing nitrogen;
6. Repair the leak, screw on the screw plug of the low-pressure circulating reservoir (or gas-liquid separator), and refill with nitrogen. The operator is at a safe position for the sewage operation and unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the intercooler, draining and releasing nitrogen;
7. Repeat the last two steps until there are no missing points;
8. Close the inlet valve and drain valve of the low-pressure circulation reservoir (or gas-liquid separator), close the drain valve and drain valve of the drain barrel, the compressor suction valve and drain valve, and fill the system with nitrogen until High pressure part test pressure;
9. Check the high-pressure part for leaks, find the leaks, mark them, and after finding a batch of leaks, the operator is at a safe position for the sewage operation and unscrews the screw plug at the lower part of the drain bucket, drains and releases nitrogen;
10. Make up the leak, screw on the screw plug of the drain barrel, and refill with nitrogen. The operator is in a safe position for draining operations to unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the high-pressure reservoir, drain and release the nitrogen;
11. Repeat the last two steps until there are no missing points.
