   When the machine is running, it is unavoidable that there will be some problems of this kind or that. It is a metaphor that we often encounter insufficient refrigerant. When such a problem occurs, it will affect the cooling effect of our work. Therefore, in daily work, there are some strict requirements for the staff. They must do a good job of inspection and maintenance during their work. Only in this way can it be guaranteed that there will be no problems when the machine is running.

   Today, what we are sharing with you is the treatment method for screw seizure of screw chiller. Some people think that this kind of problem is very difficult, but it is not as difficult to solve as we think.

In the first step, we have to analyze the reasons for the screw seizure, such as: motor burnout, abnormal noise, oil level switch alarm, contactor tripping, liquid injection system failure, terminal failure, water soaking, etc. It is the factor that causes the screw of the screw chiller to seize.

   The second step is the processing method we want to adopt. When the oil filter is too dirty and blocked and the oil supply is not smooth, the screw is seized. At this time, the cleanliness of the system should be strengthened and maintained in time. When debugging in the factory, a dirt filter should be installed before the suction filter. After the debugging is completed tear down. It is recommended that the system be equipped with a differential oil pressure switch.

Insufficient oil supply pressure difference (required> 4kg/cm2) will cause the screw to seize after insufficient lubrication; four-way reversing valve blow-by: long-term operation under the condition of 25% capacity adjustment of the unit, unreasonable working conditions, etc., it is recommended to install the unit High and low dropout switch. Compressor reverse rotation causes wiring errors. Observe the high and low pressure changes when starting up and debugging. The unreasonable system matching caused by the loss of oil in the compressor may cause wet compression, etc., which may cause adjustment of the expansion valve or improvement of the unit. Note: Do not short-circuit the oil level switch. Long-term severe hydraulic compression will cause the screw to deform and seize. Check and repair in time.

   The third step, the last thing we have to do is to make careful records during the work. Record the operation of the machine every day, keep a record of shifts, and maintain the chiller equipment frequently. Good maintenance will extend the service life of the machine.
