1. Refrigeration compressor installation

   Before the refrigeration compressor is in place, clean the soil and dirt from its bottom and foundation bolt holes, and clean up the foundation surface that has passed the acceptance. According to the construction drawing and the positioning axis of the building, the vertical and horizontal center of the line should be laid out first, and the center line of the device can be ejected with an ink line; when setting the line, the ruler should be straightened and straightened, and the size should be measured accurately.

   The installation of the refrigeration compressor: After opening the box, the compressor is moved from the base of the box to the foundation of the equipment. Transport the refrigeration compressor and the base to the foundation and align the foundation, then remove the bolts connecting the refrigeration compressor and the base, pry the other end of the compressor with a crowbar, and place several rollers on the compressor Between and the base. Let the compressor fall on the bar, and then put three or four rollers on the base and the base that have been lined, use the crowbar to pry the refrigeration compressor to make the rollers roll, and draw the refrigeration compressor from the base Move to the foundation.    Alignment of the refrigeration compressor: Alignment is to place it in the specified position so that the vertical and horizontal centerline of the refrigeration compressor is aligned with the centerline of the foundation.

   Beginning leveling of refrigeration compressor: Beginning leveling is to initially adjust the level of the refrigeration compressor to be close to the requirements after being in place and aligning. The anchor bolts of the refrigeration compressor are grouted and cleaned before finishing.

  Equipment leveling and foundation finishing: secondary grouting for anchor bolt holes. After the refrigeration compressor is initially leveled, the anchor bolt holes can be grouted twice. The grouting adopts fine stone concrete and cement mortar, and its strength grade is at least one level higher than the foundation grade. In order to make the anchor bolts form a whole with the foundation after grouting, the foundation holes should be kept clean before grouting, and debris such as oil and soil must be cleaned up. The concrete for each hole must be filled at once. After grouting, water should be sprayed for curing, and the curing should be no less than 7 days. The anchor bolts can be tightened only after the concrete is cured to reach 70% of its strength.

   2. Installation of oil-ammonia separator

   is installed at the back of the compressor to separate the vapor and liquid. It can also separate the lubricating oil. During installation, the normal liquid level should be 0.5-2.0mm higher than the normal liquid level in the evaporator to ensure the normal liquid supply to the evaporator by the static pressure of the liquid.

   3. Oil collector installation

   is installed at the back of the oil separator and the low-pressure liquid storage tank to collect and return oil. When installing the oil collector, the oil drain pipe should be spacious to prevent accidents caused by the ammonia liquid that is brought out when the oil is drained. When the pressure drop tube of the oil collector is connected to the steam return pipe, it should be slightly away from the suction port of the refrigeration compressor. Keep it far away to avoid the wet stroke of the compressor when the refrigerant in the oil is recovered by reducing the pressure.

   Four, condenser installation

   1. The foundation elevation should meet the design requirements, and the allowable error is ±20mm. The cooling tower anchor bolts and the embedded parts should be firmly connected or fixed, and the connecting parts should be hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel bolts, and their fastening force should be consistent and uniform;

  2, the cooling tower should be installed horizontally, and the allowable deviation of the horizontality and verticality of a single cooling tower installation is 2/1000. When installing multiple cooling towers of the same cooling water system, the water surface height of each cooling tower should be the same, and the height difference should not be greater than 30mm;

  3. The direction and position of the water outlet and nozzle of the cooling tower should be correct, and the drip tray should be tight and without leakage; the water separator should distribute water evenly. The rotating part of the cooling tower with rotating water distributor should be flexible, and the direction of the spray outlet should be consistent according to the design or product requirements; 4.
