Electronic leak detection instruments are easy to damage, are more complicated to maintain and are easily affected by environmental chemicals such as gasoline and exhaust gas, and cannot accurately locate leaks.
5. Segmented pressure-holding testing, that is, making special joint fixtures, and then performing pressure-holding testing for each device and pipeline. This is a relatively reliable leak detection method. Seeing: In the cooling state, adjust the temperature controller so that the set temperature is 6°C to 8°C lower than the room temperature. After 15 minutes of operation, look at the indoor unit hydraulic pipe (that is, the thin copper pipe). There should be no frosting. , Otherwise, the machine has fluorine leakage failure. Whether there are oil traces on the copper pipe connector, if there are oil traces, it also indicates fluorine leakage.
Early listening: If you find that the compressor has been working since it is turned on, there is no vibration when the compressor is shut down, and the self-vibration sound of the compressor is louder than when it was purchased. It may be an abnormal sound caused by fluorine leakage.
Temperature measurement: Find a thermometer, near the cold air outlet, and see if the temperature indication is 6°C to 8°C lower than the room temperature, if it is lower than this temperature or less than 5°C or even close to the room temperature, and the compressor is still working, it proves that the fluorine is already Run away.

Heat pump type air conditioner, when heating, the ambient temperature is too low, the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner is also reduced, and the heating effect is not ideal in the cold winter, which is normal. For heat pump type air conditioners without automatic defrosting, the lowest ambient temperature it uses is 5°C above zero. Below this temperature, no heating is possible or the effect is poor. This is because the frost on the external heat exchanger blocks the air. Flow, can no longer suck in heat from the outside; for the heat pump type air conditioner with automatic defrost, the lowest ambient temperature it uses is also -5°C, and it can't heat effectively even below this temperature.
The heat pump type air conditioner uses a four-way valve to switch between cooling and heating states. If the four-way valve is in series, part of the refrigerant that should have participated in the heat exchange is returned directly from the compressor outlet pipe to the return pipe at the four-way valve, resulting in less refrigerant participating in the heat exchange and reduced heat exchange efficiency. Insufficient heating capacity.
When the one-way valve leaks, the pressure difference between the high and low pressures of the refrigeration system drops, the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger rises, and the heat obtained from the outside is reduced, resulting in insufficient heating capacity. When there is a failure of normal air-conditioning refrigeration and insufficient heating capacity, by detecting the operating pressure of the system, it will be found that the pressure on the low pressure side rises, and the pressure difference between the high and low pressure drops.
The evaporator of the heat pump type air conditioner is located in the outdoor unit when it is heating. For heat pump type air conditioners that use thermal defrosting and defrosting devices, if the defrosting controller fails and the air conditioner cannot be transferred to the defrosting state in time, it will appear The frosting of the evaporator during the heat pump heating affects the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner heating, resulting in insufficient heating capacity and even shutdown.
At this time, the following phenomena should be emphatically observed: misplacement of defrosting temperature sensing devices, sticky edges or poor contact of contacts, slippage of fan impeller or blockage of air duct, failure of solenoid valve or start relay.
Now heat pump-assisted electric heating air conditioners generally use PTC electric auxiliary heating technology. PTC electric auxiliary heating technology can quickly heat under ultra-low temperature conditions. It is powerful, safe and reliable, and can be used for a long time. If the electric auxiliary heating control circuit or electric auxiliary heating equipment fails and cannot work normally, when the ambient temperature is relatively low, the air conditioner will not be able to heat enough, or even if the environment is bad, the air conditioner will not heat at all.
For heat pump-assisted electric-heated air conditioners, if the ambient temperature is high (above 5°C) and heating is normal, but the ambient temperature is low (below 0°C) and the heating capacity is insufficient or not heating, the electric auxiliary heating control circuit should be suspected Or the electric auxiliary heating equipment fails, the two parts should be checked during maintenance.

There is a more common saying: When the outdoor unit is in an environment above 43, most air conditioners are difficult to transfer indoor heat to the outdoors, resulting in no cooling.
If you want the air conditioner to function normally without affecting human health, and to extend the life as much as possible, obviously, it is impossible to ignore it once you buy it and install it. Because the outdoor unit is exposed to the outdoors, it is easy to absorb dust and debris. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will affect the heat dissipation performance of the machine and reduce the cooling effect of the air conditioner. The indoor unit is related to human health. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will breed bacteria, pollute the air, and make people sick.
The maximum allowable length of the connecting pipe of the air conditioner cannot exceed 8 meters for one horse, 10 meters for 1.5-2 horses, and 15 meters for more than 2 horses. The height difference between indoor and outdoor units should not exceed 5 meters.

The third reason why the air conditioner compressor does not start: the power supply is not connected well or is out of power, the power wire socket is not well connected, or the power wire diameter is thin or aging, and the power supply voltage is low. Start-up voltage of fixed frequency air conditioner: 187V, voltage fluctuation range: 198-242V, start-up power of variable frequency air conditioner 156V, voltage fluctuation range: 176-264V, it is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer in the home and it is because the connecting pipe is bent and the compressor is installed. Reason four that the air conditioner compressor does not start: Function lock protection. Some brands or models have a child lock function.
