The high-speed performance of the motor depends on the power supply voltage, the output torque of the motor on the current setting value.
●–Selection of supply voltage
Generally speaking, the higher the power supply voltage, the greater the torque of the motor at high speed, and the more it can avoid step loss at high speed. But on the other hand, too high voltage may damage the drive, and when working under high voltage, low-speed motion vibration is greater. It is recommended to choose a DC power supply with 12-36V 6A output.●–Set value of output current
For the same motor, the larger the current setting value, the greater the output torque. But the larger the current, the more heating of the motor and the driver. So the general situation is to set the current to the value when the power supply is warm but not overheated after working for a long time.-Four-wire motor and six-wire motor high speed mode: the output current is set to be equal to or slightly less than the rated current; -Six-wire motor high torque mode: the output current is set to 70% of the rated current; -Eight-wire motor series connection method: the output current is set to 70% of the rated current; -Eight-wire motor parallel connection method: The output current can be set to 1.4 times the rated current.
