Maintenance manual of semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor

Maintenance manual of semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor Compressor Maintenance Good maintenance is the basic guarantee for the safe operation of the compressor unit, extended service life and reduced operating costs. To this end, the maintenance of the unit should be carried out in accordance with the correct operating procedures. The maintenance of the compressor unit is divided into preventive maintenance, every shift, every ten years, half a year, one year and three years. After each maintenance operation, maintenance records should be carefully made. First: Preventive maintenance 1. In maintenance, first of all, it should be clean, whether it is lubricating oil or cooling water, it should be kept clean. 2. Make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the crankcase and oiler, and prevent water or impurities from entering the lubrication system. 3. The cooling system should be filled with cooling water, and no air blockage or leakage is allowed. 4. Before starting the unit, put the piston in a different position, and manually press the pump to manually lubricate the cylinder and piston rod. 5. For the unit that just started, don't load it immediately after starting, it should be idling, and then load after the standby group heats up. 6. During the operation of the unit, overload operation should be avoided. 7. For abnormal noise and leakage during operation, the machine should be stopped to find the cause, and the operation should be restarted after elimination. Second: every shift maintenance 1. Check and eliminate the oil, gas and water leakage of the unit, and keep the equipment surface and environment clean. 2. Monitor and check the working conditions of lubricating oil tank, lubricator, crankcase oil level and oil pump; all parts of the unit are running for abnormal noise and vibration. 3. Check whether the inlet and exhaust pressure, temperature and oil pressure of the compressor system are normal. 4. Check the tightening of the unit's anchor bolts and various connection parts. 5. Check and remove the liquid in the separator. 6. Check whether the control instruments work normally. 7. Check whether the electrical equipment works normally. Third: Maintenance every ten days (250 hours) 1. All the contents of each shift maintenance. 2. Check the coupling connection. Fourth: Monthly maintenance (700 hours) 1. All contents of maintenance every ten days. 2. Check the oil level of lubricating oil storage tank and add new oil appropriately. 3. Check the pressure drop of the lubricating oil filter, and allow the pressure drop to be no more than 0.042MPa. When this value is exceeded, the filter element should be cleaned and purged. 4. Fill the bearing of the water pump with the specified grade of grease. 5. Check and clean the compressor inlet and exhaust valves, and replace damaged parts. 6. Check the tightness of the cross head pin and piston rod lock nut. 7. Check the filter element of the clear separator and the blowdown device of the separator. Fifth: half-year maintenance (4000 hours) 1. All the contents of monthly maintenance. 2. Check the working reliability and sensitivity of all safety protection devices and instrument control and electrical control systems, and adjust them. 3. Check and adjust the dead center clearance of the compression cylinder piston so that the cylinder head end is twice the crankshaft end clearance (cold state). 4. Replace all engine oil in the crankcase and clean the respirator. 5. Check and adjust the alignment of the coupling. 6. Remove the positive ash on the compression cylinder, piston, piston ring and exhaust port, check and record the wear of the piston ring and cylinder, and the gap and lateral clearance of the piston ring. Sixth: one year maintenance (8000 hours) 1. All contents of half-year maintenance. 2. Clean and inspect the lubricating device, lubricating system pipeline, valve, pump and other parts, and replace and repair the damaged parts. 3. Check the locking of the main bearing cap bolts and connecting rod bolts. 4. Check the compression cylinder piston ring, the steel gasket of the intake and exhaust valve and the valve spring, and replace the worn and damaged parts. 5. Eliminate dirt inside and outside the radiator, cooler, check for leaks and blockages, and remove them. 6. Check and record the wear of the piston rod. 7. Check the wear and seal of the piston rod packing and replace the worn parts. 8. Check and record the clearance of the crosshead guide slideway. 9. Check and replace the pump seal and other wearing parts. Seventh: Three years of maintenance (24,000 hours) 1. All the contents of one year maintenance. 2. Check the main parts of the host, such as bearing bush, journal, connecting rod, connecting rod copper sleeve, cross head, cross head pin, cross head slide, piston and tie rod, cylinder, clearance cylinder, etc. Situation, and repair and replace as necessary. 3. Check the corrosion and damage of various piping systems, pressure vessels and valves, and conduct internal and external inspections and hydraulic tests on pressure vessels and pipelines in accordance with the safety management regulations for pressure vessels. Eighth: Long-term storage unit maintenance 1. Drain the cooling water of the cooling system. 2. Drain the lubricating oil in the crankcase, clean the box, the oil in the crosshead guide, etc., and evenly coat the crankcase, crosshead guide, connecting rod, crosshead, piston rod and filler, etc. High-quality anti-rust grease. 3. Clean the compression cylinder and air valves, and apply anti-rust oil. 4. Clearly compress the cylinder and piston, and apply clean lubricant. 5. Apply anti-rust grease to all exposed metal surfaces of the unit. 6. Take necessary measures to prevent the unit from being exposed to the sun, rain, wind, sand or harmful gases in the atmosphere. Prevent the loss and damage of parts and tools. Ninth: maintenance after unsealing 1. Remove the top cover of the crankcase, check whether the crankshaft and crankcase are clean, and add the specified amount of lubricant according to the quantity. 2. Fill lubricating oil on each bearing, crosshead, middle body and piston rod. 3. Clean the sealing ring and apply oil. 4. Remove the old lubricating oil in the lubricator. After adding new oil, disassemble each oil pipe, manually lubricate the oil, and check whether the lubricating oil can reach each oil injection point smoothly. 5. Check whether all important bolts and nuts are loose
