⑷ The compressor suction temperature is too high.
⑸ The lubricating oil in the compressor cylinder is interrupted.
⑹ The compressor suction pressure is too low or the suction valve is opened too small.
⑺ The compressor suction pipe or filter is blocked, and the thermal insulation layer is damaged.
⑻ The resistance in the return pipe of the compressor is too large, and the slow gas flow is prone to overheating, causing the exhaust temperature to rise.
⑼ The condensing pressure of the refrigeration compressor is too high; there is grease or water scale in the condenser.
⑽ The amount of water in the cooling water jacket of the compressor cylinder head is insufficient; or the cooling water temperature is too high.
⑾ The refrigeration capacity of the compressor is less than the capacity of the warehouse equipment, such as the evaporation area is too large.
⑿ The resistance in the compressor exhaust pipe is too large.
⒀ The throttle valve of the refrigeration compressor is opened too large or blocked.
⒁ The compressor's own efficiency is poor.
⒂ The installation height of the ammonia separator is too low.
