Refrigerator condenser working principle, function, location, cleaning, classification

A normal refrigerator has many components, but the most important components are the compressor, condenser, evaporator and capillary. Compressors are very familiar and understand, so do you know the refrigerator condenser? It has a very important role in the refrigerator. Once there is a problem with the refrigerator condenser, the refrigerator will have a problem. So what does the refrigerator condenser do?

Refrigerator condenser, unlike its name, it is one of the parts of the complex refrigeration system inside the refrigerator, but the essence of its components belongs to the heat exchanger. When the refrigerator condenser is in operation, it can convert the gas or steam inside the refrigerator into a liquid, and then the heat of the tube in the refrigerator will be transferred to the air through the entire tube. Therefore, strictly speaking, the working process of the refrigerator condenser is actually a process of heat dissipation. When the refrigerator is in operation, it is inevitable that it will encounter heat, so the refrigerator condenser is absolutely indispensable. Working principle of refrigerator condenser General refrigeration principle

The refrigeration principle of general refrigerators The role of the compressor is to compress the lower pressure steam into higher pressure steam, so that the volume of the steam is reduced and the pressure is increased.

The compressor sucks the lower-pressure working fluid vapor from the evaporator, raises its pressure, and sends it to the condenser, where it is condensed into a liquid with a higher pressure. After being throttled by a throttle valve, it becomes a higher pressure. After the low liquid, it is sent to the evaporator, absorbs heat and evaporates in the evaporator to become steam with lower pressure, and then is sent to the inlet of the evaporator, thus completing the refrigeration cycle.

  Vacuum compression refrigeration principle

Single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system is composed of four basic components: refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator and throttle valve. They are connected in sequence with pipes to form a closed system. The refrigerant circulates continuously in the system, changes state, and exchanges heat with the outside world.

After the liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled object in the evaporator, it vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, is sucked in by the compressor, and is compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and then discharged into the condenser. In the condenser, the cooling medium (water or air) ) The refrigerant that releases heat, condenses to high pressure liquid, and throttles to low pressure and low temperature through the throttle valve, enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize, and achieve the purpose of circulating refrigeration. In this way, the refrigerant completes a refrigeration cycle through the four basic processes of evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling in the system.

In the refrigeration system, the evaporator, the condenser, the compressor and the throttle valve are the four indispensable parts in the refrigeration system. Among them, the evaporator is the equipment that transports the cooling capacity. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the object to be cooled to achieve cooling. The compressor is the heart and plays the role of sucking, compressing, and delivering refrigerant vapor. The condenser is a device that releases heat, and transfers the heat absorbed in the evaporator together with the heat converted by the compressor work to the cooling medium. The throttle valve throttles and reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, simultaneously controls and regulates the amount of refrigerant liquid flowing into the evaporator, and divides the system into two parts, the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side. In the actual refrigeration system, in addition to the above four major parts, there are often some auxiliary equipment, such as solenoid valves, distributors, dryers, heat collectors, fusible plugs, pressure controllers and other components, which are designed to improve operation Economical, reliable and safe.

The role of refrigerator condenser Refrigerator condenser location Refrigerator condenser cleaning ① When the refrigerator condenser is inside the refrigerator, it cannot be cleaned. Just make sure there is more than ten centimeters of heat dissipation gap around the refrigerator. The compressor is in the compressor hood and does not need to be cleaned. Unless you smell a smell near the compressor, it means that the water receiving box on the compressor is too dirty. At this time, just pull out the water receiving box and clean it.

② Clean the condenser of the freezer with caustic soda; remove the oil-condensed condenser first. Weld the tube of the condenser with a welding gun. Then boil a pot of water. Place the removed condenser in a water basin, sprinkle the caustic soda onto the condenser, and pour boiled water onto the condenser. Be careful not to burn with boiling water! When the water stops flowing through the condenser, the oil on the condenser is automatically cleaned. Note that the time of 5-10 minutes is enough. It should not be too long. After the condenser is cleaned, it needs to be cleaned in clean water. It must be cleaned to reduce the life of the condenser!

③ Freezer condenser cleaning method First, we must stop the operation of the cabinet, cut off the power supply of the cabinet, and then use clean water to clean the condenser. If you want to use the freezer after cleaning, you must wait until the condenser is completely dry. Or use a brush to gently clean the condenser, but pay attention to use a soft brush to avoid damage to the condenser.

④ No need to disassemble, use the torch flame directly to the condenser surface to move gradually and burn repeatedly, be careful not to burn the aluminum fins too close, burn it on both sides, then blow it with compressed air, or use emergency water Chong net. Very clean.

⑤ Cleaning agent is used to clean the freezer condenser, these cleaning effects will be much better than using only clean water, but the condenser washed with the cleaning agent is easier to remove the paint, so most people will not eat this method Go to clean the condenser.

Of course, if you do not have a certain knowledge of electrical appliances, students are advised to choose a cleaning method that does not need to be disassembled, in case the refrigerator is not cleaned and the refrigerator is damaged and the refrigerator is not cooled.

Refrigerator condenser classification Condensers for refrigerators generally use natural air cooling, which has the advantages of simple structure and noise generated when no fan is running. Currently, condensers for refrigerators mainly have louver type, steel tube type and built-in type.

(1)Louver condenser. The structure of the louver condenser is shown in the figure. It is a copper tube or a Bondi tube (a welded steel tube with copper plating on both the inner and outer surfaces) made into a coiled tube and pressed into the groove of a thin steel plate punched with shutters to increase the heat dissipation area. Refrigerators produced in Italy and other European countries mostly use condensers of this structure. (2) Steel tube condenser. The structure of the steel tube condenser is shown in the figure. It is a coil tube made of Bondi tube, and the steel wire is welded to both sides of the coil tube by automatic resistance welding to increase the heat dissipation area. Generally, the diameter of the Bondi tube is 5 to 6 mm, the diameter of the steel wire is about 1.5 mm, and the arrangement distance of the steel wire is 4 to 5 mm. The heat transfer efficiency of the steel wire tube type is higher than that of the louver type, and its strength and rigidity are also better. Refrigerators produced in Japan and my country mostly use this condenser.

  (3) Built-in condenser. The built-in condenser is a copper tube or a Bondi tube made into a cup tube, and the coil tube is adhered to the inner surface of the refrigerator shell with an aluminum foil adhesive tape, and the refrigerator shell plate is used for heat dissipation. The position of the condenser tube can be on the back of the refrigerator shell or the inner surface of the left and right sides. The built-in condenser has the advantages of flatness, easy cleaning and beautiful appearance. However, the heat dissipation effect of this condenser is lower than that of the exposed type, so an additional condenser should be installed at the bottom of the refrigerator to improve heat dissipation conditions. In addition, it is difficult to repair such a condenser if the internal pipeline leaks. Built-in condensers are mostly used in refrigerators produced in Japan and my country.
