1. R22 refrigeration working state parameters

  (1) During summer cooling, the normal low pressure of the refrigeration system is between 0.4~0.59MPa.

   (2) During summer cooling, the normal high pressure of the refrigeration system is between 1.5 and 1.9 MPa.

   (3) During summer shutdown, the equilibrium pressure of the refrigeration system is about 1 MPa when the outdoor temperature is 38°C.

   (4) When cooling in summer, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner should be between 12 and 15°C.

   Note: The above parameters are closely related to the indoor or outdoor ambient temperature, and specific analysis should be performed during maintenance.

  (5) When cooling in summer, the temperature of the compressor casing is around 60℃.

   (6) Under normal conditions, the low pressure pipe should be dew but not frost. If frost, it means the system lacks fluoride or is blocked.

   (7) When cooling in summer, the temperature of the fan motor casing generally does not exceed 60°C.

   (8) When cooling in summer, generally the indoor drain pipe should drain after the air conditioner has been running for a period of time.

   (9) When cooling in summer, the compressor discharge temperature is generally between 80 and 90°C. If the temperature is too low, it means that the system lacks fluorine or is blocked. If the temperature is too high, it means that there is air in the system or a mechanical failure of the compressor.

(10) During summer cooling, fluoride can be added according to the condensation of the suction pipe. When the fluorine is not added enough, the suction pipe will appear frosting. When the upper half of the compressor tank is dew, it means that this time The amount of fluoride added is basically moderate.

   (11) The readings of the pressure gauge, high and low pressure are very low, indicating that the refrigerant is insufficient. Insufficient refrigerant indicates a leak somewhere in the system, and the leak must be found and eliminated.

  (12) The readings of the pressure gauge, both high and low pressure are too high, it is probably caused by too much refrigerant. The processing method is:

   Part of the refrigerant is gradually released from the low pressure side until the pointer of the pressure gauge shows the specified pressure.

   If it was normal at the beginning, the above phenomenon occurred later, which was caused by the poor heat dissipation of the condenser.

   The presence of air in the system can also increase both the high and low pressures. The phenomenon is similar to when there is too much refrigerant. The high pressure side is higher than the former, and sometimes obvious rapid fluctuations occur.

   Two, R22 heating working state parameters

   (1) The normal low pressure of the refrigeration system should be between 0.29~0.39MPa, and the normal high pressure of the refrigeration system should be between 1.47~2.16MPa.

   (2) When adding fluoride in winter, the low pressure of the refrigeration system should not exceed 0.39MPa.

   (3) The temperature of the air outlet of the heat pump air conditioner should be between 32℃~40℃, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet should be greater than 15℃.

   Note: The above parameters are closely related to the indoor or outdoor ambient temperature, and specific analysis should be performed during maintenance.

   (4) The temperature of the air outlet of the electric heating type air conditioner should generally be between 30°C and 45°C, and the temperature difference between the air inlet and outlet should be greater than 15°C.

   (5) The temperature of the compressor casing should be about 10°C lower than in the cooling state.

   (6) When adding fluoride in winter, the air conditioner should be placed in a refrigerated state, and it is best to use quantitative filling. If the conditions do not allow, you can add fluorine by measuring the high pressure of the system. The high pressure is generally not more than 1.76MPa.

   3. The evaporation temperature of the air conditioner in the computer room is too low. The reasons are as follows:

   (1) The air conditioning refrigerant is insufficient. The performance of the refrigeration system is that the condensing pressure is not high, the air-conditioning compressor in the computer room is heated, there are a lot of bubbles in the sight glass, the expansion valve outlet to the liquid distribution head is prone to frost, and the compressor suction pipe temperature is normal.

   (2) The expansion valve or filter drier is blocked. The main manifestation is also high condensing pressure, temperature shutoff at both ends of the filter drier (if the drier filter is dirty), the expansion valve of the air conditioner in the computer room, the compressor is heated, the return air temperature is normal, and the liquid mirror is mainly Broken bubble.

   (3) Problems with indoor air supply system. Such as belt aging, dirty filter screen, engine room air conditioner blower motor problem, etc. The performance is that the temperature of the compressor suction port is too low, there may be icing, frosting, and there are few broken bubbles in the sight glass (normal) or full of liquid.
