Before refueling the compressor, the brand and quality of the lubricating oil to be refilled must be checked, and the refueling operation can only be carried out if the requirements are met.



The refrigeration oil can be added from the following three places:



1. Dedicated fuel hole



2. Bypass hole of suction stop valve



3. The oil three-way valve at the bottom of the crankcase



1. Add lubricating oil from the oil filling hole



When there is an oil filling hole on the compressor, lubricating oil can be added from the oil filling hole.



The steps are as follows:



1). Close the suction stop valve, start the compressor, and discharge the refrigerant in the crankcase into the condenser. If liquid strike occurs, stop it several times, make the pressure in the compressor close to atmospheric pressure, and then stop, and close the exhaust shut-off valve.



2) Unscrew the screw plug of the refueling hole (commonly known as the oil bulkhead), insert the funnel into the refueling hole, and fill it with oil until the amount of fuel reaches the oil line. After refueling, remove the funnel, screw on and tighten the screw plug.



3) Open the suction and exhaust stop valves, and the refueling work is over.



2. Inhale refrigerating oil from the bypass hole of the suction stop valve This method is suitable for small compressors with a small amount of addition, as shown in the figure,

The steps are as follows:



1). Close the suction stop valve, start the compressor for a few minutes, and drain the refrigerant in the crankcase into the condenser to make the crankcase in a vacuum state. Stop and immediately close the exhaust shut-off valve, slowly unscrew the bypass hole plug of the exhaust shut-off valve, and release the remaining air in the high-pressure chamber. Unscrew the screw plug of the bypass hole of the suction stop valve; install the taper joint and the copper pipe.



2) Prepare the lubricating oil to be added.



3) Lift the suction pipe port with your fingers and start the compressor to extract the air from the crankcase. If liquid hammer is found, let the compressor run z-3 and n intermittently to make the crankcase in a vacuum state. When the finger that lifted Guanyue felt a strong suction, it stopped.



4). Dip the tube orifice grasped with your fingers in the oil and let go after immersion, the oil will be sucked into the crankcase from the oil tube.



5) Observe whether the oil level indicated by the oil level indicator reaches the required oil level line. If it is not reached, and the oil pipe port has no liquid suction capacity (indicating that the pressure of the crankcase has risen), you can lift the pipe port by hand again, start the compressor according to the above method, and restore the vacuum state of the crankcase, then turn the pipe port Dip people in oil and let go to absorb oil until it reaches the required oil level.



6) Remove the copper pipe and the joint, screw on and tighten the screw plug, then start the compressor, and draw out the air sucked in the crankcase. When the exhaust sound is not heard, tighten the screw plug of the exhaust stop valve.



7) Open the suction and exhaust stop valves, and the refueling work is completed.



3. Refuel from the oil three-way valve at the bottom of the crankcase The F7 and F10 series compressors with three-way valve device can be refueled when the compressor is running continuously.



The steps are as follows:



1) Unscrew the oil three-way bonnet cap, turn the valve stem reversely to close the oil circuit outer joint.



2) Unscrew the bulkhead screw plug, connect the taper joint and the oiling copper pipe, and immerse the other end of the oil pipe in the oil. The oil container should be higher than the oil level in the crankcase.



3). Close the outlet valve or the suction shut-off valve of the compressor to make the compressor operate at the suction pressure; the gauge pressure is slightly higher than OMPa.



4). Rotate the oil three-way valve stem clockwise for one turn to allow the smooth, pressurized oil in the crankcase to flow into the filler pipe and drain the air from the pipe. Then quickly turn the valve stem clockwise to the closed position. At this time, the oil circuit in the engine is cut off; the pressure in the oil suction chamber of the oil pump is immediately low and atmospheric pressure, and the lubricating oil is sucked from the oil suction pipe.



5) After adding to a certain liquid level, quickly reverse-turn the three-way valve stem to close the external interface.



6) Remove the oil pipe, screw on and tighten the screw plug head and cap, restore the infusion valve or the suction stop valve stem to the original position, and the refueling is complete.
