1. Product Type

　　 There are two types of surface coolers: one is the heat exchanger of the fan coil, its performance determines the cooling (heat) capacity of the fan coil and the influence on the air volume. This equipment is generally found in air conditioners. The second is the air-cooled fin condenser in the air conditioning unit.

The main function of the surface cooler includes: using the refrigerant to absorb heat in the surface cooler, so that the temperature of the cooled space is gradually reduced. The surface cooler uses the chilled water (refrigerant water) in the air conditioner to cool the air flowing through the heat exchange fins outside the tube, and the fan sends the cooled cold air to the place of use for cooling.

2. Maintenance method of surface cooler:

　　 1. The surface cooler is usually installed directly in the air conditioner, and its service status and service quality affect the quality of indoor air and noise level. Therefore, a good air filter, water must be the daily maintenance service of the main components such as the plate, coil, fan, etc., to ensure that the fan coil is not affected.

　　2. Maintenance of the surface cooler coil: The coil is responsible for the heat dissipation of cold water and the important mission of the air in the cold fan coil. High-efficiency heat, to ensure that the smooth surface of the coil must be maintained as much as possible. However, fan coils are generally equipped with coarse-efficiency filters, with large holes. When starting to use, it is inevitable that there will be dust filter coil tubes and fins attached to the surface. If the time is clean, the amount of heat exchange between the coil's cold water and the air flowing outside the coil is reduced, so that the coil's heat exchange function can be fully utilized. If there is a lot of dust attached, even the part of the air passage between the fins will be blocked, and the air volume of the fan coil will decrease, and the performance of the air conditioning will decrease.

　　Troubleshooting of the meter cooler:

1. Contamination between the surface cooler's smooth tube and fins: After running for a period of time, due to the dust in the air being stuck between the surface cooler's fins and the smooth tube, all or part of the surface cooler is blocked and air The decrease in circulation has affected the heat exchange effect of the surface cooler, and the surface cooler can be cleaned regularly to solve the problem of fouling.

　　2. Leakage: The surface cooler operates under damp conditions all year round, and its pipes and welds are easily corroded, causing leakage or running water. Only by regularly conducting pressure test on the surface cooler to prevent such accidents can the surface cooler operate safely.
