  1. Screw compressor: Screw compressor is the main equipment in the refrigeration device of screw chiller unit. The role of the screw compressor is to absorb refrigerant vapor from the evaporator to ensure a certain evaporation pressure in the evaporator, increase the pressure, and compress the low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant vapor into high-pressure and high-temperature superheated vapor to create a higher temperature The conditions of condensation transport and push the refrigerant to flow in the system to complete the refrigeration cycle.

5. Dry filter: The professional chiller manufacturer stated that it is necessary to prevent the entry of moisture and dirt in the refrigeration cycle of the screw chiller. If the moisture in the system is not removed, when the refrigerant passes through the throttle valve, the pressure and temperature Sometimes the moisture will solidify into ice, blocking the passage and affecting the normal operation of the refrigeration device. Therefore, a filter drier must be installed in the chiller refrigeration system.

6. Thermal expansion valve: In the chiller refrigeration system, the thermal expansion valve is both a flow regulating valve and a throttle valve in refrigeration equipment. It is installed between the filter dryer and the evaporator in the refrigeration equipment. The bulb is wrapped at the outlet of the evaporator. The main function is to throttle and depressurize the high-pressure and normal-temperature refrigerant liquid when it flows through the thermal expansion valve, turning into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant wet vapor into the evaporator, vaporizing and absorbing heat in the evaporator, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and cooling.
