What is the structure of the fan coil

The fan coils we usually touch mainly include horizontal concealed fan coils, horizontal surface mounted fan coils, vertical surface mounted fan coils, vertical concealed fan coils, and other methods. The coils are all evolved from these types of coils or slender. Therefore, we analyze the structure of fan coils based on these types of coils:

   (1) Condensate drain pan

The function of the water receiving pan is to collect the condensed water from the fan coil, and connect the condensate pipe to discharge the condensed water. When the coil cools and dehumidifies the air, the condensed water that occurs will drip into the drip tray (also known as the drip tray, the drip tray) and be discharged through the drain.

   (two) coil

The cold (hot) medium water in the coil is collected and supplied by the machine room. The control switch turns on the two-way solenoid valve. The cold (hot) medium water flows through the coils, and after heat exchange, the cold or hot air is sucked out.

   (three) motor

There are two types of fan coil motors, two-axis motors and single-cycle motors, three-speed conversion and start-stop, the red line is connected to high speed, the blue line is connected to medium speed, and the black line is connected to low speed. There are several other ways for the motor based on the current, which is also the primary component that affects the life of the fan coil.

   (four) air conditioning fan

Air-conditioning fan The air-conditioning fan is mainly composed of a casing, an impeller and an air inlet.

Machine shell: All parts are made of galvanized steel sheet or excellent cold-rolled sheet. Its shape is smooth, heat-resistant, moisture-resistant, and durable.

Impeller: The forward multi-wing circular arc blade is riveted to the front and middle plates, and undergoes strict dynamic and static balance proofreading to ensure stable work, high efficiency and low noise.
