Responses: During the inspection of the leakage point of the refrigeration system, the compressor of the air conditioner must not be used to suppress the pressure. 2 Violation of refrigerant recovery operation when moving the machine caused the compressor to explode Air conditioner transfer is also a regular business, and refrigerant recovery is required during the transfer process. However, if improper operation, it will also cause serious consequences of compressor explosion. Operation process: Compressor operation → Close high pressure valve → Inhaled air leakage from low pressure side of air conditioner system → Operation for several minutes → Compressor explosion. Process analysis: Due to the leakage point of the air conditioning refrigeration system, there is no refrigerant or a small amount of refrigerant left in the system due to the leakage point on the low pressure side, which causes the compressor to suck air and operate with the high pressure side turned off, and eventually an explosion occurs. The conditions and mechanism of refrigeration compressor explosion are the same as above. Countermeasure: Before moving the air conditioner to the machine, the air conditioner must be turned on to check the operating parameters. When confirming that the performance parameters are normal, connect a pressure gauge to the three-way valve process tube before closing the high-pressure valve for refrigerant recovery, and stop when the pressure is 0.1MPa.
